Thank you for supporting our small business! Because all of our items are made to order, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as size or design preference. However, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, so if something isn’t right, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Our products typically go into production within 24 hours, so cancellations are time-sensitive. We’ll do our absolute best to cancel your order before it enters production, but we can’t guarantee it, even if the request is made within 24 hours of purchase.
If we’re able to stop production in time, we will issue a full refund.
Refunds
We only offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- The item arrives damaged
- You receive the wrong item or design
- Your order does not arrive, and you’ve provided a correct and deliverable shipping address
To request a refund:
- For damaged or incorrect items, please send a clear photo of the item.
- For lost packages, we’ll work with you to confirm the address and shipping status.
We’ll do everything we can to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we do not offer exchanges for different sizes or designs.
Please refer to our size chart carefully before placing your order.
Please note: Mockups are for visual reference. Actual print placement and pattern continuation may vary slightly due to garment size and production process.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience a defect in craftsmanship or durability within two years of delivery, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Statutory Quality Guarantee
Where applicable under local consumer protection laws, such as in the European Economic Area (EEA), customers are also covered by a statutory quality guarantee. This means that if an item is found to be faulty or not as described within two years of delivery, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, or a refund under those protections.
Our general Quality Guarantee offers the same reassurance regardless of location, and is designed to provide your peace of mind whether or not your region mandates it.
